This is a free standing, single tenant, retail building on a busy portion of W. Washington St. with building signage and drive-up parking. Access to the poperty is intersectional along Pershing or Washington streets. It is a former Revol wireless space zoned C-4, allowing most all commercial uses.
The building is located along a busy arterial on the west central side of Indianapolis. It is intersectional and has access from both thoroughfares. The site has very strong residential demographics to support it. Although 1995 traffic counts are the most recent to be found, those were 20,000+ VPD.
